my counselling service

This is where I come in. I am a fully trained and qualified Pet Loss Bereavement Counsellor. I can help you work through your feelings of bereavement: shock, anger, guilt, and depression can all be associated with loss. My aim is to give you support and understanding and enable you to work through these feelings and enable you to find ways of effectively coping with that loss.

I provide a professional, affordable and above all caring service within which you will feel safe to explore your feelings without fear of judgement, helping you to come to terms with your grief, empowering you to move forward and take back control of your life.

Furthermore, upon request I can accompany to funerals, euthanasia and memorials within a twenty five mile radius of my Brighton home. Feel free to discuss crematoria locations, remembrance options, special wishes and other related delicate matters with me.

I regret that time constraints mean some personal attendances may carry a small fee - please ask for details.

Sessions

One-to-one counselling sessions are usually of fifty minutes duration but must always retain the flexibility to work around you. Please tell me what you need.

I'm also able to accomodate telephone and e-mail sessions; an invaluable option to some who perhaps may simply live too far away.
